Hillsborough's Ricky's Thai Expands With 4th Location In Princeton
This new location will be in addition to the three others in Somerset County including Hillsborough, Skillman, and Bernardsville.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Ricky's Thai of Hillsborough is continuing to expand with a fourth location coming to Mercer County.
Owner Ricky Chai announced that his newest location would be opening at the Princeton North Shopping Center at 1225 Route 206 in Princeton (previously the Hunan Restaurant).
The new location will bring a "new concept, new idea, new taste, new fresh ingredients, Ricky's Asian Fusion... to this community," said Chai in a social media post.

His fusion is a combination of Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, and Singapore flavors.
This new location will be in addition to his three others in Somerset County. Chai opened his first location in Hillsborough before expanding to Skillman and Bernardsville.
