Library Group to Discuss the Real Downton Abby
Book by the current Countess of Carnarvon to be reviewed July 15.

Fans of the popular PBS program "Downton Abby" will want to sign up to join the adult book discusssion of "Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey," by Lady Fiona Herbert, the 8th Countess of Carnarvon. This conversation group will continue to explore the drama and history behind "Downton Abbey"—both the show and the actually abby—at 3 p.m. July 15.
"Drawing on a rich store of materials from the archives of Highclere Castle, including diaries, letters, and photographs, the current Lady Carnarvon has written a transporting story of this fabled home on the brink of war," the blurb for the book on Amazon.com notes.
Refreshments will be served.

2013 Summer Reading Clubs!
Readers of all ages will 'unearth a good book' this summer as the Hillsborough Public Library presents its 2013 Summer Reading Clubs! Registration is continuing throughout the summer! Our reading clubs include the “Read With Me” Club (up to entering kindergarten), the “Dig Into Reading” Kids Club (entering grades K-5), the “Beneath the Surface” Teen Club (entering grades 6-12), and the “Groundbreaking Reads” Adult Club (ages 18+). There will be a variety of fun and interesting programs, trivia questions, and raffles all summer long.

Superstorm Sandy: A View From the Inside – July 11 at 7 p.m.
Columnist Mark DiIonno and Pulitzer Prize winner Amy Ellis Nutt covered SuperStorm Sandy for the Star Ledger from the very beginning and are following its aftermath and reconstruction efforts, especially in the Jersey Shore area.Find out about their experiences covering this devastating event in New Jersey history. This is a special opportunity to meet these award winning journalists and writers and to appreciate the unique experiences and perspective they gained covering 'Sandy'. Light refreshments will be served. (This is a rescheduled program.)
9 Movements – July 15 at 6:30 p.m.
Part meditation, part calisthenics, part laughter therapy, 9 Movements is a preventive wellness exercise program based on the holistic principles of Oriental Medicine and is a lower-impact, mildly aerobic routine. Justin Jaucian will share holistic methods of preventive wellness.
