Memorial Day Parade Set in Hillsborough
Hillsborough Township announced the parade route for the 2015 Memorial Day Parade.

Hillsborough Township is getting set for its 2015 Memorial Day celebration this weekend.
The Township’s Memorial Day ceremonies and celebrations will begin on Saturday, May 23, at 7:30 a.m. with the annual Salute to Veterans Breakfast. Following the breakfast will be the Hillsborough Township Memorial Day parade at 10:30 a.m.
Hillsborough resident and World War II veteran Leo Hornsby, who served as a radio engine specialist and aerial engineer for the United States Army, will serve as the grand marshal for the Township’s 2015 Memorial Day Commemoration Ceremony. In addition to being a World War II veteran, Hornsby served 10 years active duty.

The parade will proceed down the following route (See map above) :
- Step off at Auten Road and Triangle Road and head south
- Turn right onto westbound New Amwell Road continue west
- Turn left at Beekman Lane and go directly to Hillsborough Municipal Complex, 379 South Branch Road
Following the parade will be the Garden of Honor Ceremony beginning at 11:15 a.m. at the Municipal Complex, during which Hornsby will be a featured speaker.
