Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Mr. Fairbanks cares about his students and has built an incredible band program at Franklin Middle School Hamilton Street Campus. His students spend countless hours during their lunch periods and in after-school rehearsals because he has inspired them to do so and as a result, his students continue playing music and inspire others to join the band program.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Mr. Fairbanks is not above dressing as a banana to encourage his students to be their best.
