Teacher's Autism Documentary Playing in District

Film illustrating how township embraces disorder to be shown at Auten Road I.S. for free.

special education teacher Tori Wargo will be presenting her documentary "Touched by Autism" to the Hillsborough Township community at .

is a documentary on how the Hillsborough community embraces autism through the eyes of its families, friends and educators. All aspects of the film were completed in town.

Filming and editing were done in Hillsborough with the help of  senior Tom Sireci. All indivuduals who appear in the documentary, from parents to teachers and autism specialists, have a connection to the township.

Each year, Wargo goes to great lengths to celebrate National Autism Awareness Month in April.

complete with red-carpet arrivals and an after-screening reception at Tusk Restaurant in Montgomery. The screening at Auten Road Intermediate School is free and all are welcome. Community members interested in attending the documentary screening are asked to RSVP to rbellantuono@hillsborough.k12.nj.us.
