3 New Restaurants Are Preparing To Open In Hoboken

Three new restaurants are taking shape in Hoboken. See photos and get the scoop below.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Three new restaurants are taking shape and preparing to open in Hoboken.

Among them are:

Blue Angel at 79 Hudson St. — Coming to the former Hidden Grounds Coffee location near the train station, Blue Angel will serve Korean pastries and coffee, as they do in Fort Lee. (There's still a Hidden Grounds at 700 Garden St.) See the photo above.

Los Tacos at 57 Newark St. — Los Tacos is also within walking distance of the train station. With several locations in Manhattan, the restaurant group is known for its authentic Mexican eats with pork, chicken, beef, and cactus fillings. A worker inside the store said they hope to open this Friday.

Apollo Bagels, 324 Washington St. — Apollo Bagels, another Manhattan chain, is coming to the main drag in Hoboken, NJ.com confirmed. They're known for sourdough bagels and open-faced sandwiches.
