Want a bagel, coffee, and maybe a little whitefish? A breakfast shop with a limited menu has opened.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Want a bagel?

The first New Jersey location of the New York City chain Apollo Bagel opened in Hoboken last week, and they're keeping it simple.

The restaurant group, with locations in the East Village, West Village, Williamsburg, and the Financial District, focuses on fresh bagels in just a few varieties.

They dress them up with spreads, fish (smoked salmon and whitefish), cream cheese varieties, and toppings like mustard and cucumber.

The eatery also offers basic coffee (hot and cold), lemonade, orange juice, and a few other beverages.

In July, they announced. "Apollo Bagels is opening soon in Hoboken, and we’re looking for kind, hardworking individuals to join our team," they noted.

By Thursday morning, they attracted a crowd just before 9 a.m., with lines reaching back to the door.

Apollo Bagel is located at 324 Washington St.
