Biscuit Babe Restaurant To Open This Weekend In Hoboken
More than a year in the making, Biscuit Babe, an eatery in Hoboken, made a surprise announcement late Friday.
HOBOKEN, NJ — After D Soul Full Cafe closed on upper Washington Street in 2023, signage for the "Biscuit Babe" appeared in its place. But then nothing happened.
This week, the store appeared close to opening.
And then, around 8:30 p.m. on Friday night, the eatery announced that it would have its grand opening this Saturday.

"We're officially open!" they said in a message. "Join us for our grand opening celebration featuring delicious biscuits and biscuit sandwiches paired with your favorite coffee."
They added, "A heartfelt thank you to everything for your patience and support during our journey."

The hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The address is 918 Willow Ave.
