Downed Pole, Wires On US 1&9 In North Bergen Close Lanes: DOT

NORTH BERGEN, NJ - A downed pole and wires in North Bergen has prompted commuting delays in the area Tuesday morning, authorities said.

As of 5:34 a.m., there’s a downed pole and wires on US 1&9/Tonnelle Avenue in both directions north of Secaucus Road in North Bergen, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

All lanes are closed and detoured, the agency said.
