Flood Statement Issued For Hoboken, Jersey City With Thunderstorms Possible
A flood statement has been issued for Hudson County. See when high tide is expected.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — With the possibility of thunderstorms looming Thursday and Friday nights, the National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood statement for Hudson County.
High tide is expected around 10:16 p.m. Thursday, and it's higher than usual: 5.55 feet. Friday's tides are expected at 11:02 a.m. and 11:09 p.m. See the tides here.
The chance of showers is only 30 percent, but with the high tide, forecasters are keeping an eye on the coasts overnight.
