The event is free and advanced registration is required. Complimentary light bites and menopause resources will be provided to attendees.

The Flow Initiative, in collaboration with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.® Rho Kappa Omega Chapter, proudly presents Her Wellness, Her Power: A Menopause Conversation, an educational and empowering women’s health event taking place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET at Dvora Hall, 172 2nd Street, Jersey City, NJ.
This collaborative event honors Women’s History Month by creating a supportive space for women of all ages to learn about menopause and women’s health. The program will feature an insightful menopause panel discussion, a special screening of The M Factor by Emmy Award-winning journalist and menopause advocate Tamsen Fadel, and an engaging post-screening conversation.
“This event is a powerful opportunity to break the silence surrounding menopause and offer women the education, tools, and community they deserve,” said Eiko La Boria, Founder and CEO of The Flow Initiative. “As an organization dedicated to advancing menstrual and menopause equity, we believe these conversations are long overdue. We are proud to partner with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.® Rho Kappa Omega Chapter to create a space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered.”
