Rescue Workers Save Man From Hudson River
A little before 11 p.m. a man jumped off Pier C Park on Saturday night.

A man was rescued from the Hudson River on Saturday night after he had jumped in the river from Pier C Park, according to Hoboken public safety officials.
Around 10:45 p.m. the man—whose home town and age wasn't immediately clear—jumped from Pier C, according to Public Safety Director Jon Tooke.
The man was taken from the water and sent to the Hoboken University Medical Center. The New York City Fire Department responded to the scene first, according to Tooke.

According to reports over the police scanner, the man didn't suffer from any injuries. One report from the scanner stated that the man told public officials that he was "just hanging out under there."
