Hoboken Theater Event: Freckleface Strawberry

From MTIShows: Members of Garden Street Children's Musical Theater Company have been rehearsing under the direction of Broadway star Anne Brummel whose credits include WICKED, Evita, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Funny Girl.

Here's how the company describes the production:

"Freckleface Strawberry will do anything to get rid of her freckles - from scrubbing them with soap to caking on makeup... and even wearing a ski mask to school! With the help of her loveable schoolmates, including an amazingly talented ballerina, a cutie jock, a charming ditz and a totally kooky teacher, Freckleface learns that everyone is different - and that's what makes everyone special."

Performances will take place at the MS7 Auditorium (222 Laidlaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306) on May 13th at 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Tickets are $10 with general admission seating.
