Home for the Holidays: Hoboken Comes Together to Find Lost Dog
Tucker, the adorable Shih Tzu who escaped from his Garden Street apartment this weekend without his collar has been found in Hoboken.

Tucker, the black and white Shih Tzu escaped from his home at 1210 Garden Street in Hoboken without his collar on Friday afternoon, has been found safe and sound according to his Hoboken parents.
Tucker was found by a woman who commutes to work in Hoboken from her home in Philadelphia. The good samaritan found Tucker on Friday and rescued him from the freezing streets until she could locate his owners.
Tucker’s owners stated that the woman was able to identify the lost dog by his microchip on Monday morning. He was returned to his owners today.

“We picked him up in PA today and are all home and so happy to be together!,” Tucker’s owners told the City of Hoboken. “Many thanks to all of the wonderful people in Hoboken who shared their concern, went out to look for him, posted flyers, checked in, and said prayers for us - residents, businesses, all the postal carriers who searched house to house for him, the traffic police who also helped look for him, the HoHA runners club. We love this city more than ever!”
