Middle Eastern Coffee Chain Haraz Coming To Corner Near Hoboken Train Station
A growing international chain of Yemeni coffee shops will join the cafe cluster near Hoboken's train station.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Mile-square Hoboken has at least six locally owned and chain coffee shops within a four-block radius of the train station — but what's one more?
Haraz, a chain of coffee shops that's expanding rapidly in the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East, posted signage on the corner of First and River streets this week.
The chain has 17 locations in operation but has already signed contracts to open a whopping 128 stores, they said.

They boast Yemeni coffee that they say is "100 percent organic, sun dried with no pesticides."
The chain began when CEO Hamzah Nasser "embarked on his journey to establish Haraz in 2018 with a vision to showcase the rich heritage of Yemeni coffee on a global scale," says the website. "Despite facing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he remained unwavering in his mission. In 2021, Hamzah opened the firstHaraz location."
