HOBOKEN, NJ — A new café held its soft opening on Sunday on lower Washington Street in Hoboken.

Forum Coffee, an expanding group of cafés in North Jersey, held its soft opening at 123 Washington St. on Sunday and expect to be open for their regular hours on Monday, they told Patch.

Forum says it's "redefining the Hoboken coffee experience." They say they specialize in organic house roasted coffee, and offer nut and oat milks.

They recently posted photos of some of their sweet concoctions, such as the Cannoli and Iced Cannoli Latte with house-made cannoli cream and shell crumble.

They replaced the coffee shop Pour Amor, which specialized in pourovers for its three hours in that spot.

"Recently we were recognized by another great shop who bough the location. We will never forget the memories and great energy we shared with this community," Pour Amor's owners posted on social media last month.

Forum Coffee had recently opened other locations in East Hanover (Nov. 1) and in Livingston on Dec. 13.

They originally planned to open on March 15, but were slightly delayed.
