Taco Spot Takes Shape Near Hoboken Train Station
A new taqueria has been taking shape four blocks from the Hoboken train station.

HOBOKEN, NJ — On the morning of Cinco de Mayo, a new taco restaurant appeared to be taking shape just a few blocks from Hoboken's train station.
Signs on the spot promised a taqueria and promised pork, chicken, beef, and cactus fillings.
Those fillings and the decor are similar to those featured by Los Tacos No. 1, a Manhattan-based group of restaurants known for their authentic Mexican eats. The spot would be the first New Jersey location of the group.

A social media post by OnlyinHoboken said the spot is indeed a new Los Tacos, and that it will open on May 12.
The space is located at the ground floor of the new residential building that rose between Hoboken's Starbucks at Newark and Hudson Streets, and the CVS on Newark and Washington.

The new restaurant is located at 57 Newark St., Hoboken. A Yelp listing for Los Tacos at that location contains a phone number. The number just rang, when called.
