Specialty Food Store To Replace Longtime Barber Shop In Hoboken
It's a big dill! A new pickle store will slide into a nook on First Street in Hoboken.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Have you ever heard someone say, "Let's go downtown and hang out at the pickle place?"
Perhaps such plans are soon to come. A new pickle eatery recently placed signage on First Street in Hoboken, four blocks from the train station, at the longtime location of a barber shop that moved around the corner.
Pickle Joy is coming to 55 First St., next to the Roost Outpost coffee shop.

They're promising "Old world style pickles from our family to yours."
On Instagram, the owner is listed as Frank Gomez of Union City, who runs Frank's Picklelicious with a similar logo to Pickle Joy. He has appeared at Hoboken's uptown farmers' market. But he hasn't given more details on Instagram yet.
