Bagel Restaurant Prepares To Open Its First NJ Location In Hoboken
A Manhattan-based bagel chain is jumping across the river to open its first NJ location in Hoboken.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A chain of Manhattan bagel restaurants with a menu of basics is planning to open across the river in Hoboken.
Signage for Apollo Bagels was spotted at 324 Washington St. this week. The permit in the window noted that it will be a "takeout restaurant."

The restaurant group, with locations in the East Village, West Village, Williamsburg, and the Financial District, focuses on fresh bagels in just a few varieties.
They dress them up with spreads, fish (smoked salmon and whitefish), cream cheese varieties, and toppings like mustard and cucumber.

The eatery also offers basic coffee (hot and cold), lemonade, orange juice, and a few other beverages.
In July, they said they were opening soon, and looking to hire staff. "Apollo Bagels is opening soon in Hoboken, and we’re looking for kind, hardworking individuals to join our team," they noted.
