A spokesperson said Wednesday, "The stop work order issued by the city of Hoboken is specific to exterior signage permitting and does not impact our opening date. We are working closely with city officials to resolve and look forward to serving the Hoboken community with high quality natural and organic products beginning December 18.”
The Whole Foods company also said it will open a new market on Brooklyn on Dec. 11, for those who travel.
