Peek Inside: Penthouse In Former Hoboken Coffee Factory Listed For First Time In 17 Years
This penthouse at the former Maxwell House coffee factory site in Hoboken was listed for the first time in 17 years.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A corner penthouse on the top floor of Maxwell Place — a Hoboken condo building on the former site of the Maxwell House Coffee factory — was listed for sale last month for the first time in 17 years.
The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo, located on the 12th and top floor of the complex, is filled with extras.
These include walk-in closets and panoramic views of the New York City skyline. The 2,000-square-foot home has 11 foot ceilings and a terrace that "feels like a front row seat to NYC," the brokers said.

The condo was listed for $3.4M by Team Francesco at Christie's International Real Estate Group, in Hoboken.
The brokers recently held an open house, affording views of the waterfront, Shipyard Park, and the former Union Dry Dock site, where NY Waterway repairs its ferries. Eventually that area will be a park.
