
A 25-year-old Hoboken resident was arrested last Friday around 6:15 p.m. for defiant trespassing, use or possession of marijuana, according to police reports.
Andre Campbell was seen sitting in front of 318 Harrison Street (where he doesn't live), police said. Police officers saw him "rolling a brown cigar with green leafy vegetation believed to be CDS Marijuana," according the police report. Campbell admitted he was in possession of the drug, police said.
Police arrested Campbell and upon a further search, discovered that he had a bag of marijuana with him, according to reports.

Later that same night, around 11:30 p.m., a Jersey City man was arrested on 5th Street for the same crime, according to police reports.
Peter Klebowicz, 23, was seen walking on 5th Street and Marshall Drive, police said. When police officers approached Klebowicz, he appeared nervous, according to reports, and could not stand still.

Klebowicz told police he had just come from Bahama Mama's Tiki Bar, according to reports. The direction in which he was walking, however, did not coincide with his story, police said. When the officers found out he was from Jersey City, they arrested him for defiant trespassing, according to police reports.
Upon his arrest, officers found out that Klebowicz was carrying a small aluminum wrapped package of a black and green color vegetation "with a pungent chemical odor," believed to be CDS Phencyclidine, according to police reports.
