Part of Sinatra Drive Closed

The city said in a message at 10:15 a.m. Monday morning that part of Sinatra Drive, along the waterfront, was closed.

"Due to forecasts of possible flooding, Sinatra Drive will remain closed between Fifth Street and Sinatra Drive North, in both directions until further notice," the city said.

"The city’s flood warning system is operational, in case gates need to be activated. Additionally, OEM has placed barricades in flood-prone areas and has notified local contractors to secure fencing, equipment, and loose materials.
