Looking for a sign from the universe to try that hobby you’ve been putting off for ages? Here it is! Head to the link at the bottom of this article and use promo code BSP_PATCH23 and you’ll earn $30.00 off our 7-week Fall session! Space is limited, but we still have a few spots open in our beginner courses on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
One question we hear often is “how many pieces will I be able to make and bring home during my 7-week session?” The answer is a lot. For 7 weeks you’ll meet with an instructor for your 2 hour class, and you’ll also get 3 hours per week for open studio, where you can come in and practice independently and make whatever you’re interested in. Plates, bowls, mugs, jewelry dishes – the possibilities are endless. We’re also extremely flexible. If you need to miss class some weeks and switch into another class time, we make it easy. If you don’t use your open studio until the third week of class and then want to come 3 days in a row, you can absolutely do that.
Here’s a list of things that should keep you from doing pottery:
- You hate fun.
- Both of your hands are extremely injured.
- You’re afraid of wheels.
Here’s a list of things that should NOT keep you from doing pottery:
- A busy schedule.
- Money.
- Being afraid of fitting in.
We understand people have busy schedules, and that’s why we built flexibility into our studio’s order or operations. As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive access to a seating chart that will allow you to move freely between available class times during the course of your session. We also understand this is a significant investment. You can now use promo code BSP_PATCH23 for $30.00 off your course, but if you need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We offer energy exchange programs for students to help around the studio for an additional discount, and can also bill on a schedule so you don’t pay everything up front.
Finally, if you’re worried about whether you’ll be good enough or if you’ll fit in, please don’t. This is the friendliest, most welcoming place in the world. We have kids. We have pros. We welcome friends and families once a month to come try pottery, eat some pizza, and hang out with each other. If you’ve read this far your hands are working, you’re not afraid of fun, and mentioning the wheel didn’t send you into a tailspin. You're all set! Head to this link and join us for an amazing Fall session.
