HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Hudson County could get early another inch of rain on Monday as a nor'easter swirls into the area, forecasters said.
A flood warning is in effect through 8 p.m. on Columbus Day. The most rain is expected to fall in the overnight hours into Monday.
A wind advisory is also in effect, from noon Sunday through 6 p.m. Monday.

Hoboken officials have said that more than 0.8 inches of rain in an hour can cause flooding.
Flooding is more likely during high tide. High tide is expected in Hoboken on Monday at 2:22 a.m. and 2:38 p.m.
