Two Men Get Into Fight Over Parking Spot

The incident occured on Saturday night, according to police.

Two men got into a physical altercation over the weekend, police said. 

The reason for the fight? A parking space. 

While last week,, this time a man endured some injuries. The incident occured at 14th and Washington Streets around 7 p.m. on Saturday night.

A 30-year-old man from Summit and an unknown man were involved in the altercation over the weekend, police said. 

While unclear, what the fight was about exactly, a 30-year-old Summit man was on the receiving end of a punch in the face, according to police.

The alleged assaulter was described as a roughly 40-year-old man, with a sleeve of tattoos and salt and pepper hair, police said. 

The alleged assaulter exited a gray BMW, according to reports. He then allegedly pushed the victim in the chest and punched him in the left side of the face.

The two men wrestled each other to the ground, according to the report. After the altercation, the alleged assaulter got back into his car and drove off.

No arrests were made.
