*Expectant and young mothers are invited to attend NJ Moms Guide's Hudson County Baby & Toddler Bash on Wednesday for a night of relaxation, pampering, informational workshops and shopping.
*Every third Wednesday, WOW Comedy hosts a night of comedy in the back room of The Shannon, 106 1st St., with comics from across the tri-state area. This Wednesday, the show's headliner is Richie Redding, who was featured in HBO’s Comedy Festival as part of the Lucky 21 Show. The show starts at 8 p.m.
*A free weekly stand-up showcase will be held Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Scotland Yard in downtown Hoboken. The show, which is normally held at Room 84, will feature a mix of some of the finest local talent including comics who have been featured on Letterman, Conan and Comedy Central. There's a two drink minimum.
