Holmdel To Host Meeting On Redevelopment Of Former Vonage Site

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Holmdel Township Planning Board will host a public hearing on Tuesday to determine if the former Vonage site on 23 Main Street is an area in need of redevelopment.

At the meeting, a preliminary investigation by Leon S. Avakian Inc. will be presented as to whether or not the area qualifies as a “non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment,” according to the meeting agenda.

The hearing will take place on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the meeting room at Holmdel Town Hall.

Holmdel Town Hall is located at 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel.
