Car Hits Woman By Busy Shopping Center In Sussex County: Police
The 25-year-old woman was rushed to Newton Medical Center, New Jersey State Police said.
SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — A 25-year-old woman was hit by a car on Monday afternoon near the McDonald’s in Hampton, officials from New Jersey State Police said.
Nicole Dimayo, 32, of Newton hit an unidentified 25-year-old woman around 12:56 p.m. as she was walking by the entrance of the shopping center on Route 206 South Sgt. Alejandro Goez — a spokesperson for the state police — told Patch in an email.
The woman, who had non-life threatening injuries, was taken to Newton Medical Center, Goez said.

Dimayo was not hurt and the crash remains under investigation, he said.
