Hopatcong Tweens Featured in Center For Prevention Anti-Drug Music Video
Students in Barbara Sanders' sixth grade class, with the help of education support professionals, produced a video using a new version of Survivor's 'Eye of the Tiger.'

The students of Barbara Sanders' sixth grade class at Hopatcong Middle Schools showed that it is ready for its closeup—and ready to avoid drugs and alcohol.
School district Superintendent Cynthia Randina reports that the hardworking kids created a music video for the Center for Prevention and Counseling's "What's Your Anti-Drug?" campaign. Half of the students worked on the dialogue for their skit, while the other half wrote alternate lyrics to the Survivor song from the film "Rocky III," "Eye of the Tiger". And she said all of the students put their talents to work by adding "graffiti" to a brick wall backdrop.
The attached photo shows a still from the finished work. The video will be used to empower New Jersey youth to stay drug free.
