Lafayette Man Arrested For Heroin Possession in Sparta: Police
Henry R. Henderson, 23, handed over a hypodermic needle and wax folds with heroin were found inside his car, police said.

SPARTA, N.J.– Sparta police said they arrested a 23-year-old Lafayette man for heroin possession after finding him passed out behind the wheel of his car on Friday.
Henry R. Henderson turned over a hypodermic needle to officer Arlene Lippencott, who found wax folds containing heroin inside Henderson's 2008 Nissan Altima, according to Sgt. Dennis Proctor.
Lippencott came to the opinion that Henderson was under the influence as well, Proctor said.

Richardson was charged with heroin possession, possession of a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia, Proctor said.
