Motorcyclist Crashes Into Bear In North Jersey, Hospitalized
The collision threw the driver from the motorcycle, police said.
SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — A person was hospitalized this weekend after crashing their motorcycle into a bear in Sussex County, police said.
On Sunday, around 9:30 a.m., state police responded to a call of a crash on Newman Road in Wantage Township.
Police found that a Harley-Davidson motorcycle had slammed into a bear, throwing its driver off the bike and onto the road.

The driver was hospitalized for minor injuries following the crash, police said.
Police said the crash is under investigation, and there is no additional information available at this time, including the status of the bear.
