North Jersey Man Sexually Assaulted Boy, 8, For Months: Cops
Sparta Township man jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail.
A Sparta man has been arrested and jailed after allegedly sexually assaulting a young boy over the course of several months, Sparta Township Police announced.
A joint investigation between Sparta Township and the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office resulted in the arrest of Kyle Gonzalez, 28, of Sparta, for allegedly victimizing an 8-year-old boy over the past several months, Sgt. Dennis Proctor said.
Gonzalez was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He was lodged in Sussex County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail with no 10-percent option.
The investigation is ongoing. No mug shot is being provided per the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
