Shelter Offers 'Hot' Deal for Furry Friends
Noah's Ark says whatever the high temperature is that day, that's how much you pay.
The hotter it is ... the cheaper it is? Well, not quite, but those who are looking for a cat to call their own will be able to do so for a discounted fee during the hot days of August.
The adoption fee for all cats at Noah’s Ark Animal Welfare Association during the month will be equal to the high temperature forecast for each day.
And no matter how high the temperature is, those adopting a cat from the shelter will pay less than the usual fee, which is between $125-$200.

The shelter says it will take the daily temperature from Weather.com for Ledgewood's zip code and post it at the front desk of the shelter. That will be the fee for the day.
The shelter says cats make a great indoor companion because they are independent, clean, affectionate, litter box trained, and loyal.
