Solstice Cafe Taking A 'Pause' In Hopatcong, Closing For Now
"Closing broke my heart, but we will be back. One day," owner Sean Williams said.

HOPATCONG, NJ — After a year and a half in business, Solstice Cafe in Hopatcong is closing their doors for now.
"Thank you for the love and support while we were here. We are sad to say goodbye, but sometimes good things come to an end. ... or at least a pause. We hope you were able to enjoy our music, books, wellness, crafts and most of all- our coffee!!!" owners Jill Chasse and Sean Williams shared on the business' Facebook account, promising to open again "one day."
The coffee shop offered live music, local artists, and health and wellness classes. It was located at 446 River Styx Road. It first closed following the loss of Chasse and Williams' son, Devon, in a drowning accident earlier this year, and will now stay closed for the foreseeable future.

"I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all of our loyal fans and customers over this past year and a half. You guys are amazing. I made many, very good friends in this time. Words cannot describe how much it meant to me to be able to serve up the best damn coffee in town to you guys," Williams added in a second post.
