Sparta Woman Busted Twice For Stealing From Employers: Police
Nicole Travers of Sparta stole money from two places of employment this month, police said.

SPARTA, N.J.– A 29-year-old Sparta woman was twice charged with theft after police say she stole money from two of her employers.
On Oct. 18, Nicole L. Travers stole a tip box containing approximately $500 before leaving from Anthony Franco's Pizzeria, Sgt. Dennis Proctor said.
The owner reported that the proceeds in the register were short every evening Travers worked, Proctor said.

Detective Brian Hassloch investigated and determined that the businesses was out $900, according to Proctor.
Travers was arrested in Morristown on Oct. 21 and was held on $5,000 bail in Sussex County Jail, Proctor said.

On Sunday, Sparta Police responded to Augie's Brooklyn Bagels & Deli and learned that the recently employed Travers stole $51 from the cash register, the sergeant said.
Travers returned the money and later admitted to the theft, Proctor said.
She was arrested and charged with theft, said Proctor.
