PRESS RELEASE

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Peter Conforti, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on February 15, 2022 by Danielle Walker.

     Walker pled guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking, a crime of the fourth degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for February 23, 2022 before the Honorable Robert M. Hanna, J.S.C.                          

     The defendant admitted to being in possession of stolen property.
