     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on February 22, 2022 by Tre M. Jenkins. 

     Jenkins, age 22, of Stanhope, pled guilty to Theft, a crime of the third degree.  Sentencing is presently scheduled for April 8, 2022 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.                          

     The defendant admitted to taking various items including multiple iPhones, Air Pods, Samsung Galaxy phones, and Apple watches, totaling over $11,000.00 from Woodbury Wireless (T-Mobile) in Newton where he had been employed.
