Unlicensed Erratic Driver Busted With Heroin, Cocaine: Sparta Police
Police said Dallas J. Kruzelnick, 31, was swerving across Rt. 15 and had heroin, cocaine, and hypodermic needles in the car.

SPARTA, N.J.– An unlicensed, erratic driver who was swerving across Rt. 15 was arrested Saturday after police found heroin and cocaine on him, authorities said.
Dallas J. Kruzelnick, 31, told police that something was wrong with his 2001 Mitsubishi, causing him to swerve, according to Sgt. Dennis Proctor.
Officer Arlene Lippencott saw a wax fold in plain view on the driver's side floor, Proctor said.

Lippencott and Cpl. Mark Mastandrea found three hypodermic needles, five wax folds containing heroin and a cocaine-filled bag inside the car, Proctor said.
Kruzelnick of Wantage was charged with heroin and cocaine possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needles, according to Proctor.

He was also issued summonses for careless driving, failure to maintain lane, unlicensed driver, and failure to produce a driver's license.
