Woman Speeding at 83 MPH In Sparta Charged With DWI: Police
The Sparta Police Department says Jayden Carrillo, 23, of Wayne, was driving 83 mph on Route 15, before she was stopped.
SPARTA, NJ — The Sparta Police Department charged a Wayne woman with DWI, after she hit 83 mph on Route 15, the police department reports.
Lt. John Lamon, a spokesperson for the department, said responding officers stopped Jayden Carrillo, 23, for traveling close to 30 mph over the speed limit - which is 55 mph - on the southbound side of the highway on Nov. 10 at 1:30 a.m., according to a police department news release.

Police impounded her car for 12 hours, Lamon said; and charged Carrillo with DWI, speeding, careless driving, failure to show officers a valid registration and failure to change her address.
