Three Officers Join Howell Police
The Howell Township Police Department announced three more officers have joined the force, and will go through field training.

HOWELL, NJ — Three officers have joined the Howell police force, with a welcome from the department: Patrolman Michael Divona, Special Officer Thomas Matthews II and Patrolman Maurice Jackson.
- Patrolman Divona has two years of experience with NJ Transit.
- Special II Matthews is joining Howell after a season with the Manasquan Police Department. He is the son of retired Officer Thomas Matthews Sr.
- Patrolman Jackson has two and a half years experience with Kean University Police.
After some agency training these new officers will be put through the Field Training Process, the department said.
