HOWELL, NJ — Aldrich Road from Route 9 to the Jackson municipal border is scheduled to be milled and repaved starting this week, the township says. The work will take place from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Traffic will be detoured to Addison Road, Fort Plains Road and Hulses Corner Road. The project will be completed in two phases: <ul><li>Phase 1 is from Coddington Court to Route 9 and will be completed July 25 to 27. </li><li>Phase 2 is from Coddington Court to Addison Road (Jackson border) and is scheduled for August 2 to 4.</li></ul>
