Apply For Affordable Housing Lottery In Howell

HOWELL, NJ — The waiting list is now open for affordable housing at Yellowbrook Commons at 90 Adelphia Road in Howell, according to Affordable Homes New Jersey.

Ten new, affordable units will be available. The first home is expected to be ready for occupancy in early winter 2024. Monthly rents do not include utilities.

• Unit amenities include: central AC, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.
• No parking fees.
• Pets are not allowed.
• This is a smoke-free home.
• Although any income eligible households may apply, residents and workers of Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean counties will be selected before residents of other counties or states.

Submit a preliminary application at www.AffordableHomesNewJersey.com and join the Howell rental waiting list by Jan. 30, 2024 to be included in the random lottery number drawing to determine priority order.
