Toms River, NJ — October 4, 2023 — Today, Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey announced a new program called Handy Andy, empowering Senior Citizens to receive small maintenance and repair services for their homes.

“Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey is excited to start a new program for our senior community. There is a need for a handyman program, and we are happy to fill those shoes” said Megan O’Keefe, Executive Director at Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey.
Handy Andy Availability
Handy Andy is a residential home maintenance program that helps Senior Citizens over the age of 60 receive maintenance for their home by trusted volunteers that have background and skills in different home repair departments. Handy Andy is available for immediate appointments, and looking for volunteers who would like to be a part of the Handy Andy Team!

Founded in 1993, Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey is a nonprofit with offices in Toms River and Freehold, NJ. The nonprofit offers a wide range of services to support seniors, veterans, elderly disabled, and individuals living with dementia, plus the caregivers of loved ones with chronic illnesses.
