Football Fans Reminded To Obey Howell 'No Parking' Rules

Illegal parking on Oak Glen Road for Howell football games can lead to bad sight lines, accidents, police advise.

HOWELL, NJ — With youth football season here, police say complaints about improper parking on Oak Glen Road are being reported.

"There have been numerous complaints regarding the improper parking of vehicles along Oak Glen Road during highly attended games/football weekends," police said Thursday.

Police ask that fans observe the posted "No Parking" signs to avoid bad sight lines and danger to the pedestrians who are crossing the road.

Visitors should park in the overflow lot across the street from the field, in the public lot at the Police Department or at Oak Glen Park, police said.

Howell AYF has been notified to share this information with their teams.
