HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township is starting the reconstruction of Hilltop Road between Route 9 and Friendship Road on May 4. Drainage and curb work are scheduled for three weeks, during which time the road will be closed to all traffic 24 hours a day. During construction, residents will be able to access Beretta Way and Winchester Drive from the Route 9 side.
