FARMINGDALE, NJ — Howell police have announced certain road closures in Farmingdale as New Jersey American Water Co. continues its water main installation project.

Asbury Road was closed starting Wednesday, with the southbound lane heading into Farmingdale closed 24 hours a day at Cranberry Road until approximately Aug. 25, police said.

Traffic will be detoured west on Cranberry Road and south on Colts Neck Road. The hard closure will be just past the driveway for St. Catherine Church.
