Howell Christmas Tree, Menorah Lighting Set For Echo Lake
Howell's Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting event is Dec. 17.

HOWELL, NJ — The township Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting Ceremony will be Sunday, Dec., 17 at Alfred C. Sauer Park at Echo Lake.
The predicted storm this past weekend prompted the rescheduling of the Dec. 10 event.

But once Dec. 17 comes, visitors can expect a fun holiday time, the township says.
The free event will take place from 4:30 pm to 7 p.m. and will include lots of activities:

- Visit with Santa, Mrs. Claus and Elf
- Hot drinks and cookies
- Games
- Petting zoo
- Inflatables and rides
- Iceless skating rink
Entertainment will be by the Howell High School Brass Choir and Memorial School Chorus.
The event is reachable by shuttle buses only, the township said in its announcement.
Parking will be at the Howell Commons Shopping Plaza (Old Navy/The Salon Professional Academy) for transfer to the event.
