Howell COVID Clinic Will Offer Booster Shots On Dec. 4

No appointment is necessary to get the vaccine. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson shots will all be available.

HOWELL, NJ — COVID-19 booster shots will be offered at a clinic in Howell on Dec. 4, between 8 a.m. and noon.

The clinic will be at the Howell Township Senior Center, located at 251 Preventorium Road.

No appointment is necessary to get the vaccine. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson shots will all be available.

Those who wish to get a booster shot should make sure to bring their original vaccine card.

According to the State of New Jersey, if you are 65 or older, a long-term care resident, an adult with underlying medical conditions or an adult at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure because of your job or living situation you are eligible for a booster shot of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at any vaccine location at least six months after your second shot.

If you are moderately or severely immunocompromised, you are also eligible for a third dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least four weeks after your second shot.
