Howell Library Hosting Medication Information Session

A look at events happening in Howell on Friday December 6, 2013.

The Howell Public Library is hosting a special program on Friday designed to help residents to better understand their medication.

Presented by the “Blue to You” team from Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey the event will focus on making sense of what can be complicated labels and how they can help you with your overall treatment and well being. There are also scheduled to be special wellness activities as part of the event which will start at 2 p.m. and run until 3:30.

While the inside of the library figures to be warm and dry the National Weather Service is calling for a 60 percent chance of rain during the day on Friday with a high of 53 degrees. The chance of rain improves to 90 percent at night when the low stays just above freezing at around 35 degrees.

Rain is expected to carry through Saturday before a mostly clear night. The question after that is whether our area will see rain or snow or a mix from sunday into Monday. Any precipitation is not expected to bring much accumulation if any according to the most recent forecasts.
